Join Laura at Marin Society of Artists' Flex Gallery, on a pay-per-class basis, Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm,  January 20 through March 17, 2026.

About these classes: The focus will be on painting landscapes in oil. You can complete painting started in the field, or make new painting directly from photo references viewed from your print-out, phone or tablet. All levels welcome, but painters must bring their own complete working set up. I will offer tips and critiques based on composition, value, color and brushwork. You may bring past paintings for critique. I will do occasional quick demos to illustrate a point. Each 3-hour session is freestanding and catered to that day’s group of painters.
