  • participation in the monthly San Rafael Arts District 2nd Fridays ArtWalk

  • priority to rent gallery space for Marin Open Studios

  • priority to rent gallery space for pop-up and holiday shows

  •  participation in group activities such as weekly figure drawing, art critiques, demos, painting events

  • eligibility to earn credits and free use of Art Centre facilities for designated volunteer duties

  • priority to reserve space at the Art Centre to teach classes or hold other events

Join the Arts Community

 Marin Society of Artists is an artist cooperative that provides support to artists at all levels of development, and provides opportunities for the general public to participate in the arts. Our goal: To enrich lives through art.

 

Artist members are voting members of Marin Society of Artists, a non-profit 501 (c) (3).Artist members elect the board of directors of MSA. Artists members are also eligible to serve on the Exhibition Advisory Committee (EAC is an elected position). Together, the board of directors and EAC manage the annual exhibit calendar.
