LEASEHOLD-TO-OWNERSHIP PROJECT  

                                                       

 MSA holds an option to purchase the Art Centre if funds to close are in hand by December 14, 2020. The purchase price is $2.75 million. 

Purchase deadline and MSA’s staff resource constraints mean that successful fundraising to purchase the Art Centre requires several lead contributors to leverage the effort, and additional contributions of any amount will be deeply appreciated by the artists, poets, performers and musicians in our community. Every bit helps.

We need “angels” (with wingspans of all sizes) to secure the future of the Art Centre as a permanent asset of the CA state designated Downtown San Rafael Arts District – to put a permanent roof over the head of community arts.
