Prize Juror: Evri Kwong
Evri received his BFA and MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Maine on a full fellowship. His figurative work has appeared in group and solo exhibitions at venues such as Catharine Clark Gallery in San Francisco; Dwight-Hackett Projects in Santa Fe, NM; Gerald Peters Gallery, projects space, Santa Fe, NM; Alternative Museum, NYC; Heidi Cho Gallery, NYC; Asian America Art Center, NYC; San Jose Museum Of Art; Crocker -Kingsley Museum, Sacramento; Lancaster Art Museum, PA; Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara; Katzen Art Center Museum; American University, Washington DC; Gallery Godo, S. Korea; Robert Berman Gallery; Bergamot Station, Santa Monica; Track 16 Gallery, Los Angeles; and the De Young Museum, San Francisco among others.
His work is in numerous public and private collections around the country and abroad .
